From what I’ve experienced as a consultant working in Doha, property in Qatar is gaining traction, especially after the World Cup infrastructure boom. There’s solid demand for mid- to high-range apartments in places like Lusail and The Pearl. Prices are stable, and with the recent legal changes allowing more foreign ownership, it’s easier to invest than ever. The government’s push for long-term residency programs linked to property ownership is also a draw. I’d say now is a smart time to get in — before the next price bump as more developments open.
