I've found it fascinating to investigate how communication problems, like stuttering, impact leadership roles in industries like event organizing, as someone who navigates both the academic world and speech concerns. I discovered a startling lack of attention to the ways speech impairments affect confidence and effectiveness in high-pressure coordinating roles while researching events management dissertation topics.
